Description: Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) of the unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of transportation in Subsection 22 of Section 24 of Chapter 92 of Laws 2008 for the northwest corridor loop road west of Rio Rancho in Sandoval county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the local government division to plan, design, construct and equip the all-inclusive regional park facility in Rio Rancho. The time of expenditure is extended through fiscal year 2014.
