Description: SECTION 31. STATE BUILDINGS DEMOLITION AND DECOMMISSIONING--EXTEND TIME--SEVERANCE TAX BONDS.--The time of expenditure for the capital program fund project in Subsection 22 of Section 7 of Chapter 125 of Laws 2009 for demolition, decommissioning and asbestos abatement of state buildings, including the Campbell, Woolston, Mecham and Old Huning buildings on the Los Lunas campus in Valencia county and the old dormitory at the New Mexico rehabilitation center in Roswell in Chaves county, is extended through fiscal year 2015.
