Description: SECTION 32. FIBEROPTIC CONNECTIONS TO STATE FACILITIES AND PURCHASE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT--CHANGE TO NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE--CHANGE AGENCY--SEVERANCE TAX BONDS.--The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of information technology in Laws 2012, Chapter 64, Section 14 to construct REDI net fiberoptic connections to state facilities and to purchase and install telecommunications equipment to route traffic to and from the state's network hub in the Simms building in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school to purchase and install information technology, including related equipment, furniture and infrastructure, at the El Rito and Espanola campuses of northern New Mexico state school in Rio Arriba county.
