Description: The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection 89 of Section 31 of Chapter 226 of Laws 2013 for a child crisis health facility in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design, construct, renovate, equip and furnish a health facility in the Mesilla Valley community of hope in Las Cruces.
