Description: The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of transportation in Subsection 67 of Section 75 of Chapter 42 of Laws 2007 for sound barrier walls in the area of Unser boulevard and Montano boulevard in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the department of environment to design and construct a wastewater collection system, including connection to the Albuquerque-Bernalillo county water utility authority system, in Corrales in Sandoval county. The time of expenditure is extended through fiscal year 2013.
