New grant agreement issued 12-1634-GF. 3/7/13 Village has purchased new filter media for treatment system and will begin installation later this month. 5/6/13 Well repairs have been completed and filter media installed. 6/6/13 Village to use balance for tank inspections and repair. 2/18/14 Village has not submitted request for tank inspection no activity on repairs. 6/11/14 Cuba missed deadline to obligate balance of funds, balance of funds will be reverted on 6/30/14. Project Closed, balance reverted.
