Project status: Have not received signed agreement as of 9.14.2011 Grant Agreement Amendment sent out to Organization for signataure on 4-28-2011. no activity as of 3/20/12. The work performed under this JPA total 40,000 and was used to match other funds to purchase a 60 mil textured HDPE synthetic liner on the west cell Lagoon 1 of the Skyline Lagoon System. Lagoon work consisted of: transfer of lagoon effluent to other lagoon cells, sludge removal, overexcavation of lagoon bed, replacement of lagoon bed with clay soil, removal of concrete lining, recompaction of lagoon floor and dikes with proper sloping requirement, installation of synthetic liner, final grading, and startup procedures for lagoon wastewater treatment. RW 6-14-13. Appropriation balance 10K will be reverted when audit is complete.
