Description: Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) of the unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in Subsection 52 of Section 55 of Chapter 42 of Laws 2007 for a facility for Christine Duncan community school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the state fair commission to construct and equip the multipurpose room at the African American performing arts center on the New Mexico state fairgrounds in Albuquerque. The time of expenditure is extended through fiscal year 2013.
