Description: The time of expenditure for the appropriation originally made in Subsection 193 of Section 26 of Chapter 2 of Laws 2007 and reappropriated to the department of environment in Subsection AA of Section 99 of Chapter 42 of Laws 2007 for acquiring water rights, including needed applications and transfers, for improvements to the water distribution system and wells and for planning a sewer system in Agua Fria in Santa Fe county is extended through fiscal year 2013.
