Description: WASTEWATER FACILITY CONSTRUCTION LOAN FUND PROJECT-- SEVERANCE TAX BONDS.-- Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1 of this act, upon certification by the department of environment that the need exists for the issuance of the bonds, one million four hundred forty-four thousand four hundred dollars ($1,444,400) is appropriated to the wastewater facility construction loan fund to implement the provisions of the Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act or to provide state matching funds required by the terms of any federal grant under the federal Clean Water Act of 1977.
